Welcome to Ted & Co. We are an independent, owner-led team navigating the premier commuter corridor stretching from the creative hubs of London up to the historic streets of Cambridge. Based in Bishop’s Stortford, our footprint connects the region's finest spots—from the leafy lanes of Epping, Saffron Walden, and Great Dunmow, to the bustling centers of Harlow, Chelmsford, and the university city of Cambridge.

When we founded Ted & Co, we deliberately chose to step away from the traditional property playbook. We didn't want to be just another cold, corporate firm named after a pair of founders' surnames.
Instead, we looked to our resident miniature Dachshund, Teddy, for inspiration. Just like our four-legged partner, we wanted our business to embody a warm, fiercely loyal, and approachable spirit. Moving home shouldn't feel like a rigid, sterile transaction on a spreadsheet; it should feel entirely personal, transparent,
and—dare we say—enjoyable.
